Importing from Cloud Drives

You can import images and logos from a cloud drive (Dropbox) to use in your designs. Follow these steps:

  1. From the product design tool:  
    • Click the Upload button that appears over a designated image area on your design, or
    • Click Add Image on the left to view previously uploaded images, or click Add new image.

  2. The Select Source dialog box appears. To add images from a cloud drive, select the name of the cloud source on the left.

  3. If you have not already logged into your cloud service, you will be asked to do so. 
    Note: Costco Business Printing is not able to see or store your cloud account information. This log in may be different than your Costco Business Printing account information.
  4. You may be asked to give Costco permission to access your images. Access is required to import your images.
  5. You will now see a selection of your cloud images and folders.
    • Click on a folder name to view images within a folder.
      To add images to the import queue, click on the image’s thumbnail.
    • Selected images will be marked with a grey border and a blue box. The number of images selected will appear below.
  1. Once you’ve selected your images, click the Import button. Please do not close the window or leave the page until the status bar indicates that the import is complete.
  2. Once the import is complete, click OK. Images that have been imported will appear under the Add Image tab on the left, and they will be saved to your account for use in your other projects.
