We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price if you are dissatisfied.

If you paid in the Warehouse: 

For an immediate refund, simply return your purchase to any Costco location. To find your nearest location, please visit our warehouse locator. Please have a copy of your order confirmation email with the items you wish to return.

If you paid online through

Contact member support to request a refund.

We will send an email notification when a credit has been applied to your account. After you receive the email, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show up.

We cannot adjust orders that have already been placed. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact member support
