For mail back orders, you can pay online using VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards.

Billing Information

Billing information is required for all credit card payments to be processed. Please read below for common questions:

Why have I been charged when I haven't yet received anything?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Shipped orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the time they are placed.

How come there is a $1.00 charge from Costco Business Printing on my credit card?
This is a pending charge used to validate the credit card. The pending charge will expire and will not appear as a transaction on the credit card statement.

Credit Card Security

We take great care to ensure all financial information is secure.

  • Encryption of credit card numbers
    Industry standard protection is utilized for sensitive information through advanced encryption (such as credit card information and passwords).
  • Accounts are protected by a password
    Choose a complex password using numbers and a combination of upper case and lower case letters. If you suspect that someone might have access to your account, change your password by selecting Hi, YourName in the top right corner and clicking Edit Account. On the Personal Information tab, click the blue Edit button. Enter a new password in the “Password” field, and enter it again in the “Re-type Password” field. Then click Update Info.
    If you forget your password, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password
  • Secure Transactions
    All communications between your browser and the website are encrypted using https. The “s” at the end of https stands for “secure”.

Problems with Orders

Please read below for problems you may encounter and how they can be resolved.

Problem: You believe that fraudulent charges have been made using your credit card.
If you are concerned that fraudulent charges have been made in connection with your Costco Business Printing account, please contact member support as quickly as possible. We take the security of your credit information very seriously and will immediately investigate the matter to its fullest.

Problem: Your credit card isn't being accepted by Costco Business Printing. 
Please verify that your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address are correct. If you're still having trouble, contact your credit card provider.

Problem: You need to cancel an order. 
In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been placed.
