Order Status

Order Status Overview

Check the status of your orders by logging in, selecting Hi, YourName from the main menu and then Order Status.

The Order Status page displays your past and present Costco Business Printing orders.

The progress bar will indicate the current order status:

  1. Order Placed: Your order has been received. 
  2. In Production: Your order is being produced.
  3. Shipped: Production is complete and your order has shipped. Pick-up orders are marked as Shipped to Warehouse.
  4. Delivered: Your order has been delivered. Pick-up orders are marked as Ready for Pick-up.
  5. Cancelled: This order has been cancelled and is not being processed.
  6. On Hold: Your order is currently on hold. Please contact the Costco Business Printing Support Team by phone at 1-877-275-4077.

If you have a tracking number, click on it to be directed to the shipper’s website.

Viewing Order Details

To see additional details of a specific order, click the View More Details link for that order. Additional information includes:

  • The order number
  • The date the order was placed
  • The tracking number (when available)
  • The shipping status
  • The shipping address
  • The type of product(s) ordered
  • The quantity of each item
  • Item description
  • The price of each item
  • The subtotal of your order
  • Sales tax paid
  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Total amount of order

Click Print Invoice to print a copy of the order details for your records, or click Reorder to quickly add the products in that order to your shopping cart.

Note: Tracking numbers are not available for warehouse pick-up orders.
